Had a belt break late on a Thursday afternoon called Baker Friday to see if they could fix it and they had it fixed by 2 that afternoon. Highly recommend Baker Auto |

Received call right at 5pm saying my car was ready and could be picked up 1st thing next morning. I was told that there were a few things that needed to be looked at but it was ok to take the trip to Florida I told them I was taking to please check for any issues. On our trip our oil pressure light came on. Causing great concern. After getting back home. I pulled out receipt to see what I needed to have looked at. There was notes listing multiple oil leaks, washer misters not working , a few lights out and knocking when turning. None of this was offered and asking I wanted to fix before my trip. |

The crew fixed my issues, although not as quickly as I was lead to believe they would. Perhaps Tyler could use a vacation because, based on my personal interaction with him, I found him to be condescending and discourteous. Chase has good customer service skills. |

Overall good service and communications. However, I had to put my truck back in the shop one day afterwards as it broke down again as before. |

Very overpriced, took hours to tell me they were going to rob me blind. The guy at the counter tried to scare me into not going somewhere else |

When you came in and inquired about service, we quoted you the pricing for the parts required. Meet the friendly staff concerning my recent purchase of a 2007 Volvo S80. The mass air flow censor caused a check Engine light on. A quote of $600.00 was given me. I repaired the problem for $50.00 plus 15 minutes back. Thanks |

My car was still parked when i went back to the shop 5 hrs later. I was told the mechanic was still looking at it. I was still charged a fee for nothing. |
