| Man oh man where do I even start? BAR put a new motor and a mess of other parts I?m not even going to attempt to name on my car. While picking it up my check engine light came back on and it turns out the brand new motor already had a bad sensor in it so they ended up having to replace that! To keep me from having to rent a car yet again they rented one for me! Once that sensor was replaced I was able to come pick the car back up?. I got home with it and my check engine light came back on! At this point I was about ready to drive this thing into a river somewhere? I took it back in and as it turns out the brand new Cadillac converter was faulty? so they had to replace that as well! You may be asking umm why are they getting 5 stars??? It?s because none of these problems were their fault but they took ownership of them regardless! They were so nice and so helpful even when I was visibly upset at the situation. They bent over backwards to help me out as much as possible, even letting me use one of their personal vehicles to drive so I wouldn?t need to rent a car! The faulty parts could have happened to any shop but I?m so glad it happened while I was doing business with Bakers because they take care of their customers and treat you like family!! Also I need to mention that Chase was awesome to deal with and answered all of my questions, even the crazy ones! |
